About LE CHEF
The LE CHEF is a professional culinary school. We provide the necessary training and education to qualify graduates for work as a culinary professional anywhere in the world. We teach the knowledge, skills and ethics that is expected of all true professionals. We build the confidence needed in the preparation and presentation of fine foods through the intensive individualized hands-on cooking classes, science-based theoretical courses and attention to food safety and quality at all times. We believe that excellence can only be achieved through constant practice.
LE CHEF trains culinary students to develop skills, attain knowledge and imbibe the culture, ethical standards and the confidence of a professional chef who can prepare and present safe, quality food that meets the expectations of all kinds of customers.

Chef Hicham Merouane
Chef Hicham Merouane, originally from Rabat, Morocco, started his culinary journey at the age of 19. He received extensive training in Morocco and Germany, earning a diploma in advanced professional training. His career includes roles as an instructor in the hotel and culinary industries, teaching in the United States, and currently, he is focused on teaching at Le Chef and aims to help the Ilonggos unlock their potential in the culinary field.
